how do i stop apple arcade pop ups

I recently cancelled my Apple Arcade subscription, and the membership finished a couple of days ago. But now, every 5 seconds an Arcade pop up appears on my ipad trying to get me to sign up again - not much fun when you’re trying to watch Netflix. I’ve checked my settings, and turned off notifications for App Store, but they’re still coming and it’s driving me mad!
