Apple ID is locked and I cannot recover it
Hello,
I am getting a new phone soon and wanted to backup some of my data with iCloud, specifically photos, notes, and iMessages.
However, I am unable to access my Apple ID account. The email I used was an AOL email that has been deleted (because I don't use it). I don't remember the password, and the security question I am asked to answer is my birthday, which, knowing myself, when I set up the account, I did not put in my correct date of birth.
Is this easily solvable, or will I have to contact customer service?
