I want to cancel a subscription and take my money back

i need to cancel the subscription with the application Flo. My money now is held by them and I didn’t want to pay for a year, and they just took the money.

now I’m facing a problem with bank so I set off my payment method by changing my country and region on settings. So now what should I do to take my money back? Please if you connect me on mail or calling me on my number. Thanks
