Opening iPhone 11 with Face ID

Is there a way for my iPhone to open and unlock with Face ID? I don’t like that I have to use Face ID and then swipe. I just want my phone to fully open with Face ID.

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

There is no setting for doing what you wish.

Use Face ID on your iPhone or iPad Pro – Apple Support

You can let apple know you would like such a feature:
