Unwanted “server” that cannot be deleted or modified

My email won’t receive or send. When I looked at my configuration I discovered an unwanted server called: smtp.email.minibox.email. When I tried to delete it a notification says “This server cannot be modified because it is the primary outgoing server for the account “Coupons for “Seniors”. How can I delete it?

You need to create a new outgoing mail server entry, designate it as the primary outgoing mail server, disable the other account and remove it. Of course, you need to know both the incoming and outgoing mail domain names, your email address, and the passwords for all. You also need to designate the proper port addresses for incoming and outgoing IMAP mail - 143 and 587, respectively.
