Why doesn’t Spotify work on my Apple Watch

Thank you. So basically if I have the Apple Watch 5 with cellular, I still can’t listen to Spotify if I’m not near my phone?

What about Apple Music? I’m looking for that feature if I just have the watch and headphones to listen to music. If I leave my phone at home, I want to be able to have the music feature.

I couldn’t get Spotify to do that.
