Purchase problem

I tried downloading from App Store but it ask for iTunes support when I was filling the billing side

King_Penguin: That message either takes people to a page which doesn't make clear what they should do next, or doesn't contain a link at all. People shouldn't be told to follow the instructions in it without providing an additional explanation.
