How do I purchase/send to someone a movie that I have?

When I "call up" the title of a movie that I myself own on Apple TV, I can't "click" on it to get the option of purchasing it.

It only allows me to play my copy.

purchased movie will not play I have purchased movies on Apple TV but they don't appear in my library and when I try to play them it asks me to buy them again, then says "you have purchased this movie already, would you like to download it?" Then after clicking yes, it does nothing and reverts back to original screen.
