I need to know how I can check that NFC is enabled on my iPhone 7?

the only way to do that is to hold it near a terminal that is emitting a signal or you can go to your nearest Apple Store Genius Bar for an evaluation. We cannot troubleshoot NFC issues here. there is no on/off switch for it. A forced reboot may work but not always.
