Apple Arcade

I have an Apple Arcade subscription that I activated and paid for. My child is set up for family sharing. All app purchases are shared. Apple Arcade is on for family sharing. However on my child’s device, he is logged in overall with his own Apple ID. When we go to the App Store, the Apple Arcade icon is not even there for us to access or use so therefore my subscription is not available to him. I do see it on MY App Store on MY iPhone. How do I get the Apple Arcade icon on his iPad Air 3 device? How do I access the subscription on his device once located?
