I have an iPod classic 7th gen that isn't being recognized by iTunes. I have completely uninstalled iTunes and every file according to apples website,, deleted by recycle bin and restated by PC (windows 10). I have then downloaded and installed Itunes form the Microsoft website with not success. I have tried my ipod on my brothers computer and it worked great. Help please
I had to go into device manger and delete the iPod usb. Once I did that I restarted my computer, plugged in my machine and opened up iTunes. It is working now. Thanks.
