iPad Activation Lock

Basically My Ipad is unlocked and I called apple and they told me that i had to send them my proof of purchase so they could take the activation lock off but when i tried to do that it asked for the apple id so i do not know what email to put i have got an apple id but its not the one why my ipad is activation locked

can anyone of the apple team help me please i want my ipad back
