2015 MacBook Pro OS

Can my 2015 MacBook Pro support MacOS 10.13.6 High Sierra? I now have Adobe Creative Cloud Apps that say "not compatible". When I check for software updates, none are shown.

What does the "About this Mac" item in the Apple menu at top left corner of screen say your model is? Maybe post the screen capture image of that "About this Mac"?

What version of Adobe software are you talking about? Perhaps you could download an older version if they have that still available. Would suggest you contact Adobe support and see if they can help you.

Upgrading from Sierra to High Sierra should be a fairy straight-forward thing to do if you decide to go that route. You can download High Sierra installer from Apple's website at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208969

Good luck...
