How can I downgrade my watch OS?

You cannot downgrade watchos,your watch 4 will only pair with an iphone 6s or higher now.
Have Apple watch 4 Paired with iPhone 6 - iOS 12.4. Got new iPhone 11 at iOS 13.3. Paired watch but changed mind @ $1000 phone. Switched back but now watch won't pair because it says iphone is out of date, but 12.4 latest
