Our agency has an old phone that was left with us and we have no way to learn the original owner. It is believed that the phone has been locked up for nearly 2 years. We would like to find the owner and possibly see if they would allow us to unlock it and reset it to use for activities on our campus. If the owner cannot be located is there anyway to have the phone reset without them?
