iCal Calendar - "repeat" option missing.

When editing an existing Event, the "repeat" option is missing.

NEW EVENT: "repeat" option appears ✅ all good!

But...

EDIT EXISTING EVENT: "repeat" option missing ❌

MBP running Sierra.

Yes, I created both events

Did you try it on your Mac? Did you get the same result? Both of my Macs (MB Air, and MB Pro have same behavior). I'd say it's a bug. Just wondering how widespread.
