Folders & Albums in iCloud Photos

(1) Can I make Folders and Albums in iCloud Photos? (

2) Are the photos that I sort into these Folders and Albums the same quality as the originals?

(3) Are these Folders and Albums sorted the same way in Photos on my Mac?

(4) I already have Photos on my Mac sorted into Folders and Albums.

Will these appear the same way in iCloud Photos?

Sorry for these newbie questions, but I am a nervous newbie scared of losing photos and having to redo Folders and Albums in either location.
