how do i disable screen recording in iPhone 11 on iOS 13.3

how do i disable screen recording iPhone 11 on iOS 13. I unable to watch videos by connecting Lightning Digital AV Adapter with iPhone 11 to LED TV (HDMI) and it says "turn off screen reocrding" to continue to watch Vidoes.. viz Amazon Prime Video, HotSTAR.

i have already turned off screen recording, but Hot Star Videos doesn’t play when AV adaptor is connected.
