Apple ID

So basically when I first got the iPhone 7 I didn’t have an Apple ID so I logged into my sister. Then I downloaded some apps. Soon after I created my own Apple ID and logged out of hers. Then I tried to update TikTok and it popped up saying I need to sign into my sisters Apple ID. Otherwise I’d have to delete it and reinstall it Obviously I forgot the passwords or email. And it won’t let me update it. So I tried logging into my sisters Apple ID for that app to see if it’d let me update it but it’s saying that I’d have to log out of my Apple ID I’m using now and log into hers. But then the same thing will happen to the rest of my apps. If you have an answers please answer quickly 😊 thank you
