Mophie Case and upgrade

Charges 100% but stopped charging itself after I remove. When I press the button to charge itself, Lights up but nothing. Upgrade rendered it useless. As without charging itself I have nothing. Restarted and still same thing. My devices all work but it just stopped the ability to charge itself. This is all over the internet. It worked fine until the update. I wish it allowed you not to update as many things I had are gone. Instead now it just updates itself.

What is the solution for your mophie cases to work? restarting several times is not working.
