iCloud Family sharing and Keychain - lost passwords

I recently got a new phone, and in the process of transferring/backing up my old phone, we turned on Family Sharing on my wife's iCloud account, since she already had a paid .99 plan, we just updated it to 200gb shared. Here's my problem, when I synced up my phone, I've lost most of my saved passwords, but have her logins/passwords showing up on my keychain instead. Are Keychains shared? Is there anyway to restore my old keychain data ONLY?

iPhone 11, iOS 13

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, Rewjr!

I understand you're seeing your wife's iCloud Keychain on your iPhone. I'd be happy to provide information to help you address this.

Family Sharing does not share iCloud Keychain. Check to make sure you're not signed into her account in Settings > [your name]. If you are, you'll want to sign out and sign in to your own account.
