Open Safari and my Google home page is way oversized. It will reduce to correct size by pinching fingers together and does not do it again while using Safari. Only does this when opening Safari but does not happen every time. It only happens on my iPhone 8S and iPad, I have not observed same issue on my Mac mini so I am assuming it has something to due with “mobile” devices.

I see that you are having an issue with the Google page being oversized on your iOS devices. Does this issue happen only when going to the Google homepage?
For this issue, I would recommend some basic troubleshooting like restarting and then resetting the homepage to Google.
