Don’t know the Apple ID that comes with my second hand phone

My brother gave me an iphone5 he’s reset it but when I switch it on it requires his Apple ID and password. I don’t any form of contact with him no more so I have no way of finding out what it is. Is there anyway I can get it unlocked?

No, only the phone's owner can do that.

If your brother did not log out of the phone, you cannot unlock it.
