So my phone updated overnight, worked just like the past, till I opened Snapchat and it said it didn’t have access to my camera. Turns out, nothing has access to the camera, and the camera app doesn’t even work itself. FaceTime doesn’t work either. I don’t know what to do because I’ve looked everywhere online and nothing has worked.

Check also you don't have any restrictions in:
Settings>Screen Time>Content & Privacy Restrictions>Allowed Apps>Camera... should be allowed (green).
If you get no help, have your device inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider:
