Bluetooth Connection drops in middle of watch setup

i am trying to setup my Apple watch 3. After connecting to your apple watch setup stuck for long and when i checked, bluetooth lost the connection with apple watch. I tried restarting both Watch & Phone and reset to factory default but still no luck. I can't setup my watch with my iPhone 7 Plus (Running iOS 13)
