Screen touch sensor unresponsive

I dropped my phone and now the touch sensor will not respond it turns on. I assume everything works fine. Except for the fact that I can’t use it due to the touchscreen not working. Is there a way to fix that without having to contacting Apple support?

You can take a look at this support guide:--> Get help with the display on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you get no help, it could be a hardware (digitizer?) failure, but we can't diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.

Have your XR inspected at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options:--> Apple – Location Selector
