Child purchasing in game

Hello. I discovered through my bank account my 9 yr old has purchased around £200 of in game items she is only 9. I told Apple straight away but they say it does not meet the requirements for a refund.

I contacted the game developer but they said as the purchases were made through Apple it is up to them to refund me.

they also deleted her account so now I’m £200 out of pocket and don’t even have anything at all to show for it can someone please help ?

Minor purchasing games on App Store without consent. Apple refuses to refund ! Surely Apple could understand that a minor making 10 purchases in one day, on someone else's credit card, WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT, was a mistake. The bank account is not in my sons name, and yet Apple will allow the purchase with no consent needed. Surely this it not acceptable ?
