Blank pop-up in GoDaddy website

I can't update my credit card my payment details on GoDaddy even using the Private Window workaround. What happens is the popup window evoked by the Captcha tickbox is blank after the first click on an image and I can't move forward. I can't see how to contact GoDaddy and am hoping someone here has had the same problem and knows what to do. GoDaddy will lose a lot of business if users can't pay. This has happened to me since Catalina launched so that is where I point my finger.
