email was deleted

I'm trying to connect my old apple watch with my new iCloud account, but the email that I had used for my old iCloud account was deleted as it was a school email, one that I have no ability to get back. I do remember what my email was, but I don't remember the password. Is there any way that I can get my watch to connect without getting onto my old email?
