How do I change the Apple TV network settings without a remote?

I don’t have my remote and I brought my Apple TV on vacation and now on a new network (my Apple TV is set on my home network). I’m trying to the remote app on my iOS device but the two need to be on the same network. Problem: I can’t get control of the Apple TV to change the network. Is resetting the Apple TV to factory settings a solution?

You would need a physical remote in order to setup the Apple TV on a new network. You would either have to borrow one or purchase one from an Apple store. If you restored you would still need a remote to setup, unless you had a bluetooth keyboard you can pair it with during setup.

thanks rankon54. I got that far but the problem is my Apple TV is still set to my home wi-fi network and I've now got it setup on a TV on a new wi-fi network (rented condo). See my screenshot from my iPhone 11 Apple TV remote app. Both the iOS remote app and the Apple TV have to be on the same wi-fi network in order to communicate. I'm unable to get to the Apple TV settings to change the wi-fi network.
