Says SIM card is locked

Got my replacement phone back from Apple, popped in my SIM card and now it says it is locked. Called sprint and the have nothing to offer. They insist the phone must be bad.

Sim card locked I bought an iPhone 12 and I found out that this phone is locked on Sim card from t_mobile(sprint) so I want to know what should I do to unlock it?
