What if I know I have a genuine iPhone battery and it says it cannot be verified I have a brand new iPhone 11 and I can’t see my battery health because it’s saying it cannot be verified

This message may indicate a hardware failure.
I purchased the phone brand new from AT&T so I know that it is a genuine iPhone battery

Then, chances are, it is an installed battery that is not new and genuine.
