What if I know I have a genuine iPhone battery and it says it cannot be verified I have a brand new iPhone 11 and I can’t see my battery health because it’s saying it cannot be verified

Then, chances are, it is an installed battery that is not new and genuine.

If you purchased this iPhone and/or battery new-in-the-box at Apple, then perhaps it is a faulty battery.

If you purchased this iPhone and/or battery new-in-the-box at Apple, then perhaps it is a faulty battery.
Contact Apple Support:
Make an appointment at the Genius Bar and have it checked.

I purchased the phone brand new from AT&T so I know that it is a genuine iPhone battery
