Hello,
I have a small (USD 5.78) amount left in my account so when I try to change the App store country, it tells me I first need to spend that amount. The problem's that I can't find something that costs exactly 5.78 plus I no longer posses a USA card to just pay the difference between the price of something I can just pick and the current balance.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas!

Contact iTunes Support and ask them to remove it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you now live, and which is therefore the country you will be changing to ; click on Get Support)
