I had I phone 4 that was repaired and I did trade in in Apple store SF in April 2013.
I used it for a year after and then gave it to my wife.
she changed to I phone 5 in 2015
and we stopped using it since 2016.
today I start to use it and the phone requested the Apple ID and password that I cannot remember
how can I manage this problem
