Itunes Backup transfer to Icloud
How can I copy my latest backup of my Iphone to Icloud? I would like to export my contacts. Is it possible?

You cannot export an iTunes backup to iCloud. You can restore an iPhone to your iTunes backup and then backup your iPhone to iCloud, if you have the space. Contacts can be sent to iCloud via the phone by turning on Contacts in iCloud on the iPhone. If you do not have any contacts there, it will prompt you to send them to iCloud.
