How to backup the one before the last backup copy from iCloud? I lost my contacts :(

I lost my contacts because did not even know it was connected not to iCloud but gmail account. Super angry on apple.

After iCloud made an auto back-up with no contacts.

How can I backup previous to the last backup version of iphone from iCloud?
