Restore from old backup - will it delete current contacts in iCloud?

My iPhone 6 died and I can't get a backup from it (tried everything include dfu). The last backup is from 2018. I do keep my contacts, messages, mail, etc. in iCloud. My question is, if I restore from this old backup to my new iPhone 11 will it overwrite or duplicate the contacts, messages, etc data in my iCloud account?
