FaceTime not showing on my UAE version iPhone X

Facetime not showing on my uae version iphoneX on latest ios even after restoring from itunes. How to get it??

Insert a SIM card from a Middle Eastern country(other than Israel or the United Arab Emirates.)

iPhones originating from Israel aren't subject to the regional lockout.

Sorry, but it appears at this time that FaceTime is not supported in the UAE.

Hmm i did nt know it but i really did get facetime on uae version iphone 7 ( bought by my uncle living in dubai) after doing iphone to iphone data transfer from 5s . So i thought may b i can get it on iphone x too

there are no apple stores in pakistan all iphones are either imported from uae or europe etc n also i got facetime on my uae imported iPhone 7 when transferred data from iPhone 5 s (with face time)
