iPhone turned off and won’t turn back on

My iPhone XR was at 30% and then I plugged it in to charge it and left it for a few minutes. When I came back it wouldn’t turn on no matter what I did. I tried holding the side and volume buttons for 30 seconds, I left it charging some more, I unplugged it, it still won’t turn on. I don’t think it’s my charger, I plugged in another iPhone XR and it was fine.
