When I’m scrolling on Tik Tok or just playing a video on Instagram there’s this little pop before the video starts is that normal or can I fix it

From your post, it seems that you’re hearing a popping noise when videos play on Instagram or Tik Tok, when using your AirPods Pro. I like to relax and watch videos while using my AirPods too, so I’d be happy to take a look at this with you.
First, if this only happens with these two apps, I’d recommend reaching out to the developers for assistance using: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
If this occurs each time you play audio using your AirPods Pro, I’d recommend that you Reset your AirPods - Apple Support.
If this only occurs when playing audio in a certain location or at a certain time of day, there may be interference that could be causing this. You can work to isolate that using: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference - Apple Support
