iOS safari - missing items web page

Hi All

My issue is related to web pages.

Safari does not properly load icons of buttons. One picture says more than thousand words:

it doesn't happen on all websites

I already tried erasing safari "web data" for the site

Please suggest a solution, sometime web sites are useless especially when designed without a text near to the buttons!
