Apple ID location change
I’m trying to change my Apple ID location from America to Nigeria but there is $0.09 on the account and I’m unable to do so how do I remove the money on the account

contact iTunes Support and ask them to zero balance your account. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
