Before you schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar, reboot it:


Press and quickly release volume up button

Then press and quickly release volume down button

Then press and keep holding the power button (keep holding past swipe to power off) until you see the Apple Logo, then let go


This happened to a friends iPhone 11 and rebooting it resolved this and it has never come back.
