Message on Lock Screen
For the last 2 days I have had a message on my lock screen saying Use this IPhone to reset your Apple ID password. It won’t let me in until I do this. Have I been hacked or what’s going on?

What happens if you Press home to unlock?
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
