Song says purchased but won’t download

I am trying to buy a song on the iTunes Store. When I search for it, it says purchased. However, it will not start the download process, is not showing up in my music library, and is not showing up under my recent purchases. I am also angry because I tried to buy it again and accidentally bought the wrong song, and I still don’t have the song I actually wanted. Please help.
