Activate iMessage on iPod
I am not able to activate imessayamd FaceTime on my daughter’s new iPod 7th generation. We are connected to WiFi, signing in with her iCloud account, and have shut down and restarted her iPod. Any suggestions? TIA!

Call Apple support and speak to a rep. I called and the appleid I was trying to use got blocked during set up and they unblocked it after verifying the security questions and now the ipod is working just fine! Yay! Good luck! The wait time was only a couple mins to speak to someone.
