Since updating to Safari 13.0.4, I have been unable to use my MacBook (macOS Mojave 10.14.6) to comment on Blogger blog posts because my Google profile isn't recognized. In Safari preferences, under privacy, I have unchecked prevent cross-site tracking, and unchecked block all cookies. Ironically, using my iPhone 8, I am still able to use my Google profile to comment on blogs. How can I fix my MacBook?

Are you running any anti - virus programs? Using a VPN?
Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
Isolating an issue by using another user account
If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown. If the log won’t post, try posting it in Pastebin and provide a link in a reply. After pasting the report in a PasteBin page, go to the top of the page, and copy the address in the URL bar. Paste that in a new reply. Pastebin

Thank you for these suggestions. I loaded Firefox version 71.0 and visited a Blogger blog to comment. My Google profile was still not recognized. Malwarebytes by Anti-Malware is an application on the MacBook but I used it periodically to proactively check for problems, so (to my knowledge) the program doesn't "watch" for anything untoward. I could not figure out how to add another administrator to this MacBook, as the plus sign option was grayed-out. I attempted, twice, to start the MacBook in safe mode, and both times the computer froze on the loading screen. The loading line filled up and then nothing happened. Only a restart (without pressing shift) would restore the computer to the "normal" mode. Therefore, I did not try Entrecheck.

Thank you for your suggestions, but I have decided not to follow-through with them. I spoke with Apple support who looked at my computer. Everything is fine with my MacBook and use of Safari. The problem seems to be with Blogger/Google. I have raised my issue in the Blogger/Google discussion forum, and have been completely ignored for a week. So, it seems there will not be a resolution to this problem.
Now what shall I do? The problem is still persisting.
