problem in confirming my iTunes

I created my iCloud account but can’t connect it to my iTunes account and AppStore’s because my country is not in the list, can you please help me confirm it. My phone is iPhone 6splus

We can't confirm anything, we are fellow users. If your country doesn't have an iTunes Store you won't be able to have an iTunes account nor download any store content
