iPhone 11 Earphone Mic is not working

Hi,

I bought new iPhone 11 in the month of November 2019. It's a one month old phone and runnin on iOS 13.3.

Progle is my ear phone mic is not working. People on the other hand are not able to hear my voice properly. They always complain that I am speaking from far they can hear my voice with low volume.

To ruleout this I did a small test, while I am on ear phones itself I brought my phone close to my mouth then they can hear me that means my voice is reaching them from the handset mic.

Even my colleagues iPhone 11Pro also has the same problem. Looks like it's the IOS issue. I am not sure but apple has to solve this issue ASAP.

If I'm understanding your post correctly, you're not being heard clearly when speaking during phone calls.

Take a look at these articles and try the steps listed:

If the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch aren't working

If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone

After completing the steps listed in the above articles and nothing you've tried has worked, it's recommended that you contact Apple Support see what options are available for your iPhone.
