iPhone 11 Earphone Mic is not working

Hi,

I have an iPhone 11 a couple of months. It's runnin on iOS 13.6.

I just find out that my ear phone mic is not working. People on the other hand are not able to hear my voice properly. They always complain that I am speaking from far they can hear my voice with low volume. I tried different headsets, earpod, the original headset and other headsets. All this headsets work on an other Iphone.

To ruleout this I did a small test, while I am on ear phones itself I brought my phone close to my mouth then they can hear me that means my voice is reaching them from the handset mic.

I read that several people with an iPhone 11 has the same problem. Looks like it's the IOS issue.
